1. Focus on building a list every day. It doesn’t matter how great your ebook and information products are - if nobody buys them and you’ll go out of business. So you need that list! One great way to build your list is to write an ebook that is not the core idea of your business but related to it so you can give it away in exchange for people giving you their name and email addresses.

2. Delegate, delegate, delegate but without breaking the bank. Find ways to be resourceful-especially at first-but don’t try to do it all yourself. It’s too stressful and you could be risking your health if you don’t get help. If you can’t pay for help see if you can barter your products and services instead. Or go to you local college and hire someone just one or two hours a week for $10 an hour. Even 1 hour a week will give you four extra hours a month to make more money with your ebook!

3. Do what you are most comfortable doing. There are so many ways to build a list and sell ebooks. Focus on the ones that you are comfortable with and have the skills to pull off. Or barter with someone, who loves to do what is work for you! And be willing to do whatever it takes. Successful people do what unsuccessful people are unwilling to do.

4. Cultivate super affiliates. The faster you create relationships with people who are very successful the faster you will get there too. But you have to be smart about it. Don’t harass them, or stalk them and don’t ask them for favors. And, remember, the more successful someone is the less time they have to deal with inappropriate requests so be respectful. And always figure out what’s in it for them. People always act in their own self interest.
